Returns & Exchanges

You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Please do not return any items until first contacting us for a Return Authorization

A 15% re-stocking fee may be applied

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging. All refund and exchange requests are subject to review by our team. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange should we see signs of wear, damage or intentional harm or misuse of the piece(s)
Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items (such as name, initial or made-to-order designs) may not be eligible for return or refund

Sale or clearance items are final sale unless otherwise stated
Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare case that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours and we will work with you to make it right. To file a damage claim, proof is required. The best way to show proof is to take pictures of the item and packaging damage. Please keep all of your packaging material. Important information including the tracking # will be on the label. We are unable to file a claim without the required information. Please contact us at info@krystalkouture.com for further details

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages

To begin a return or exchange, please email us at info@krystalkouture.com with a subject line "Refund Requested for (Your Order Number)" or "Exchange Requested for (Your Order Number). In the body of the email, please include:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

Approved refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
