Each item is handcrafted and may feature slight variations in design details and in colors and types of beads, charms, rhinestones and other components utilized. These features are part of the beauty and uniqueness of your item and are based on inventory availability.
Our jewelry is made with a combination of natural crystal beads, bauble beads, spacer beads, glass beads, rhinestone beads and other carefully selected sparkly elements. Each piece may differ slightly. Variations in color, shape, design, texture or clarity are part of the beauty and uniqueness of your item.
Each bracelet is offered in petite/ small, standard/ average (*most common)
and plus/ extended sizes. Our small bracelets measure approximately 6.5 inches female and 7.5 inches male. Our standard bracelets measure approximately 7 inches female and 8 inches male. Our extended bracelets measure approximately 7.5 inches female and 8.5 inches male. All sizes are approximations. If you prefer a smaller or larger bracelet size, please add your size preference in inches in the notes section when checking out. To measure your wrist size, please see infographic below. If between sizes, it is recommended to size up. Measurement helps to improve size accuracy and minimize exchanges.
Our crystal accessories are handcrafted with love and care. To help preserve their beauty, energy and longevity, we recommend the guidelines below:
o Keep away from water, moisture, oils, lotions and chemicals
o Remove during physical activities such as sports, swimming and showering
o Be mindful of impact as crystals can crack or chip if dropped or knocked against hard surfaces
o Keep away from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, extreme temperatures or sudden temperature changes
o To clean, gently wipe with soft cloth to remove oils and residue...do not soak crystals unless specifically advised for that stone
o Avoid scratches and tangling by storing separately in a soft pouch, jewelry box or jewelry organizer
o Optional: To cleanse, refresh and recharge your natural crystal jewelry, you may rest it on a selenite plate or place near clear quartz or directly on a clear quartz cluster. Lastly, take a quiet moment to set a positive intention
Your drinkware is hand-decorated with love so please handle with care. To protect the decorative details and ensure longevity, we recommend the guidelines below:
o Hand wipe or wash only with soft towel and mild cleanser
o Gently pat dry
o Not dishwasher or microwave safe
o Do not soak wine glasses or tumbler lids in or under water
o Avoid extreme hot or cold temperatures. Sudden temperature changes may cause cracking.
Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days, as many items are handmade with intention and care.
Yes! We ship with care to ensure your items arrive safely. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Only one discount code or promo code can be applied per order. Your code must be valid to receive the discounted or promotional price. Please kindly ensure that all of your items are in your shopping cart and you are ready for checkout before applying code. Once your order is all set and you are on the checkout page, you will see the section where you can apply your code. If for some reason, your discount is not deducted automatically at checkout, please contact us at info@krystalkouture.com.
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for refund or exchange, items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging. All return and exchange requests are subject to review by our team. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange should we see signs of wear, damage or intentional harm or misuse of the piece(s).
Please do not return any merchandise prior to contacting us at info@krystalkouture.com for a Return Authorization.
In the rare case that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours and we will work with you to make it right. To file a claim, proof is required. The best way to show proof is to take pictures of the item and packaging damage. Please keep all of your packaging material. Important information including the tracking # will be on the label. We are unable to file a claim without the required information. Please contact us at info@krystalkouture.com for further details.
